Dakine Leather Scout Mitt

The Leather Scout Mitt is the perfect combination of functionality with options. It's practical, but gutty enough to perform like a feature driven tech glove. A touchscreen compatible removable Storm Liner glove is made of stretch fleece. The DWR treated shell is made of a durable nylon/poly blend with leather palm and backhand for added toughness. While a DK Dry™ insert adds a waterproof layer between them both. Throw the Scout in your kit, and when you get to the mountain you've got a warm weather fleece glove, a wet weather gauntlet, or a 1–2 combo glove that gives you the best of both, plush insulation and durable protection.

All Dakine non-leather gloves can be machine washed. Gently press out excess water before hanging to dry. We don't recommend turning the gloves inside out for cleaning. When possible, allow gloves to dry at room temperature, rather than placing them near a heater or in a dryer as this may damage the materials.

Dakine Leather Scout Mitt

These gloves are great, especially love the insert gloves. Highly recommended item to have in your snow bag. The insert gloves are not only light, and breathable, but definitely add so much warmth once you pop them into the mitts. The insert gloves do actually work with my phone as well which I know a lot of companies claim they do but they don’t. Love how easy it is to remove the mitt. I also love how they added a scrapper to the left thumb of the glove. If I had any complaint it would be that the inserts don’t have a clip or something to help not lose them or falling out of the glove, but again still highly recommend, and love that I can use either or both!
